Porter Creek RV Park is a modern mountain RV park located in Pinetop–Lakeside, Arizona, in the heart of the White Mountains. Set among towering pines and cool mountain air, the park features 54 spacious RV sites designed for comfort, accessibility, and extended stays.

STANDARD RV SITES
Our RV sites are thoughtfully designed with spacious layouts and full hookups to accommodate RV's of all sizes. Enjoy the convenience of 30/50 amp service, water, and sewer. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or a first-time RVer, our standard sites offer a comfortable and convenient home base.

After Hours Arrival

If you plan to arrive after business hours, please notify the Office as early as possible on 928-358-9951 for assistance and directions.

Additional Visitor Rental Policy:

Rates are based on 4 people per site.
-
It is $10/day for each additional person.

Maximum is six people per site.
-
Visitors must register and follow park rules.

Cancellations & Refunds
-
For stays longer than 29 days, we will refund 80% of your reservation.

For stays shorter than 29 days, we will refund your reservation minus one-night.
-
The processing fee charged by the credit card company is non-refundable.

Fire Restrictions
-
All visitors must abide by fire restrictions imposed by Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.

No wood or open campfires are permitted.

Propane firepits are permitted.
-

Firearms, Fireworks, Torches, & Grills

No fireworks are allowed.
-
Zero tolerance for brandishing or discharging of any weapons or fireworks.

No tiki torches or open flames are permitted.
-
Gas and electric grills are allowed.

Quiet Hours
-
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

RV Lights
-
Lakeside area is Dark Sky Compliant.

All RV lights must be turned off by 9:00 PM

Utilities
-
Water, Sewer, and Electric are provided to each site.

Stays over 30 days will be charged electric consumption based on current rates.

Winter Stays: If the temperature is below 32 degrees at night, guests must have either a heated/insulated hose or must disconnect water hose before 9 PM.

Children

Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

Skateboards, scooters, and skates are not permitted inside the Park.

Pets
-
Maximum two pets per space.
-
Pets must be leashed at all times.
-
Pets cannot be unattended and tied up outside the RV’s.

Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately.

Pet waste not disposed of is subject to a $50.00 fine.

RV’s
-
RV’s older than 10 years must be approved by the management. Please send pictures to info@portercreekrv.com prior to your stay.

All RV’s must be self-contained, there are no public bathrooms/showers onsite.

Awnings must be closed when unattended.

No tent camping.
-
All sites must be kept clean.

Vehicles & Parking
-
Two vehicles max per site, some units can only accommodate one vehicle.

No on-street parking allowed.
